Each email spotlights a different dimension of the buyer's area of interest β€” and links directly back to the corresponding slide in your presentation, keeping the conversation alive.

The drip starts automatically β€” as long as a few things are in place when you hit send:

  • βœ… LiveBy is enabled for your group

  • βœ… Local Insights is turned on in your account settings

  • βœ… You've toggled Local Insights on in the presentation send modal

  • βœ… Your buyer has an area of interest on file (Neighborhood, Zip Code, or City)

  • βœ… Your buyer hasn't unsubscribed or been marked Do Not Contact

If everything checks out, the sequence schedules itself the moment you send.


πŸ“ How BrokerBlocks Finds the Right Area

BrokerBlocks pulls location data directly from your buyer's contact record in the CRM. It automatically uses the most specific location available β€” starting with Neighborhood, then falling back to Zip Code, then City.

Here's what makes this powerful: the system checks the location before every single email sends, not just at the beginning. That means if your buyer shifts their search mid-sequence, update their CRM record and the remaining emails will reflect the new area automatically.

If no location exists when an email is due to send, that email is skipped β€” and the system checks again before the next one.

Emails go out based on your local timezone, following a schedule set in your team's global settings. A typical sequence looks like this:

You have two ways to manage Local Insights β€” globally or per send.

In Your Account Settings
Turn Local Insights off for your entire account. When disabled, no drip sequence will run for any presentation you send.

Every time you send a presentation, you can toggle Local Insights on or off for that specific send. Perfect for situations where the drip isn't the right fit for a particular buyer.

​Skip an Email in the Sequence If a specific email isn't relevant for a particular buyer, you can cancel it before it sends β€” keeping the drip focused on what actually matters to them.

​Schedule for a Specific Time Prefer a different send time? You can override the default schedule and send at a date and time that works best for your buyer.

The sequence doesn't repeat on its own. Once all four emails have gone out, simply send a new buyer presentation with Local Insights enabled β€” and a fresh four-email drip will kick off automatically.

Why didn't the drip start after I sent a presentation?
Check three things: the Local Insights toggle in your send modal, your account settings, and whether the buyer has an area of interest in your CRM. All three need to be in place for the sequence to fire.

Can I customize the email content?
Not at this time. Local Insights emails are generated directly from LiveBy data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

What if my buyer changes areas during their search?
Just update their location in the CRM. The next scheduled email will automatically use the updated area β€” no action needed on your end.

Can I restart the drip for the same buyer?
Yes β€” send them a new buyer presentation with Local Insights enabled and the sequence starts fresh.
