How to manage your Browse AI subscription

A step-by-step guide to cancel, pause, upgrade your subscription or update payment details for your Browse AI account.

Whether you want to cancel, upgrade, or simply understand your options, we've made the process simple and straightforward.

Accessing your subscription settings

  1. Log in to your Browse AI account.

  2. From your dashboard home, click on the Billing tab in the main navigation, or click here.

  3. This will take you to your subscription management page where you can view your current plan, usage, and available options.

Upgrading to a higher tier plan

  1. Go to the Billing tab.

  2. Choose the "Change plan" button, like so:

  3. Select the plan or tier you'd like to upgrade to.

  4. Follow the prompts for payment.

When you upgrade, our billing system will automatically calculate a prorated amount based on the remaining time and credits in your current billing cycle. This prorated amount will be applied to your new plan's cost, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

Downgrading your account

When downgrading your subscription you can pause your subscription, downgrade to a lower plan, or cancel your subscription.

Downgrade to a lower plan or tier

In order to ensure that your robots are transitioned to a lower tier successfully, we personally manage all account downgrades.

  1. To downgrade to a lower plan or tier, you'll need to contact support.

  2. To contact support click the chat icon to trigger a ticket.

  3. You can alternatively do this in the Billing tab by selecting Cancel subscription, and then selecting Contact Support.

Pause your subscription temporarily

You can pause your subscription for up to three months with the option to reactivate your plan at any time. If you'd like to push through with pausing your Browse AI subscription, please contact our Support Team directly. They'll be happy to assist you with this process.

Cancel your subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Billing" tab within your account settings, or click here.

  2. On the Billing tab, locate and click the Cancel Subscription button, like so:

  3. You'll then be asked to provide feedback on your reason for cancelling. Your input is valuable and helps us improve our service.

    1. Just a heads up: You'll need to select one of the provided reasons to proceed with cancellation.

  4. After choosing the reason, click on the Cancel Subscription Renewal button at the right-most side of the dialogue box:

Important: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You'll see a message indicating your remaining credits and their expiration date.

Reactivate your account

If you cancelled in the past, or if you account was suspended due to payment you can reactivate your account by:

  1. Go to the Billings tab.

  2. Select the paid plan you'd like to upgrade to.

  3. Follow the payment prompts.

Can't find your Browse AI account

If you previously had a subscription and are unable to locate it:

  1. Search your email inbox and/or spam/junk folders for an email with the subject line "You made our day". This is your welcome email.

  2. The email address that received the "You made our day" email is the one linked to your Browse AI account.

Still can't find your Browse AI account

If you still cannot locate your subscription with Browse AI even after following the steps above, our support team is here to assist you. Please provide the information below to help us locate your account.

  1. Full name of the account owner

  2. Your email address or domain

  3. The last four digits of the card used for payment, along with its expiration date.

  4. Payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Link, etc.)

  5. Subscription start date

  6. Last payment date

Change your payment method

  1. Go to your Billing page.

  2. Click on the Payment method button, on the top-right.

  3. You should then be redirected to a new Stripe window where you can edit your payment credentials.

If you don't see it on the Billing page, you can access it through your Invoices page.

  1. Go to your Invoices page.

  2. Click on the Payment method button.
