Because widgets run on your own website’s domain, that domain needs to be registered with Apple and Google before wallet payments can be activated.
Don’t worry: by adding your domain in the Back Office, we’ll handle the registration for you automatically.

✅ Steps to enable

  1. Go to Settings > Payment methods in your Back Office.

  2. Scroll to the section “Add domains to enable Apple Pay and Google Pay.”

  3. Enter your website URL (for example, mydomain.com or studio.mydomain.com).

  4. Click Save.

  5. Wait a few seconds, then refresh the page. The status will update to 'Enabled' once the domain is successfully registered.

  6. (Optional) You can add up to 10 URLs if your studio uses multiple domains.

ℹ️ Important notes

  • If your widgets were already active in October 2025, we’ve already collected and registered your domains, so this section should appear prefilled for you.

  • If you manage a franchise with multiple Back Offices, you only need to register your domain in one Back Office, and it will apply to all related studios.
