To get the actual times of the courses, you just have to configure your computer tool so that it is in the right time zone.
1st Case: Windows.
Clock in the taskbar.
Internet Time tab.
Check the box Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server.
Select a server in the list: France.
Click on the "Update" button.
2nd Case: Mac.
Apple menu.
System Preference.
Date and time.
Time Zone: Make sure the setting "Set Time Zone Automatically Based on Current Location" is active.
3rd Case: Apple.
Settings.
General.
Date and time. This option automatically sets the date and time according to your time zone.
4th Case: Android.
Settings.
Date and time.
Check Automatic date and time.
