1st Step: Activate the credits' deduction.
In the Digital offer tab > Video library > Click on the pencil icon of the video.
Put the number of credits to deduct from a pass in order to unlock access to the video > Save.
Here is the student's view of the VOD tab:
The student has to click on the video to 'Unlock access' and then choose the pass to deduct.
The credit is deducted of his pass and he can watch the video as many times as he wants.
⚠️ 1 credit = 1 video and not 1 view!
2nd Step: Check that the access to the VOD is activated on your pass.
In Products > Pass > Click on the pencil icon of the pass.
Once the box is ticked, the pass gives access to the VOD and the student can use a credit of this pass to buy a video.
