Step 1: In Dashboard >> click on Create a graph at the right bottom of your screen.

Step 2: Configure the desired settings

Select :

  • The type of data you wish to create.

  • The type of graph you want: evolution over time or distribution

  • The desired data

    • For pie charts, you can choose the origin of the distribution

  • The desired period

  • The filters to be applied

Give a name and click on "Save"

Your new graph will appear at the bottom of the page.

Examples of use:

Example 1: Compare your teachers

You want to compare the performance of two of your teachers on the same activity during the last year.

  • Select the "Bookings" data type, then in the graphs choose "Distribution", then select "Teachers" in the "Distribute over" field

  • Add a filter on the teachers and choose the two teachers you want to compare

  • Add a filter on the activity you want to see

And now you can compare the performance of these two teachers and see which one is more attractive.

Example 2: See the amount of your payouts

You wish to see the value of your last payout (transfer made by Bsport for all online payments).

  • Select the data type "Payments", then in graphics choose evolutions over time, then select "Price incl. VAT" in the field "Data displayed".

  • Add a filter on the transfers and select the desired transfer

You will then easily obtain the value of the last Bsport transfer

Example 3: Compare your subscriptions

You want to compare the number of subscriptions taken in the year for each subscription and see which one works best.

  • Select the data type "Subscriptions" and then in graphics choose distribution, then select "Number of invoices" in the field "Distribute to".

You can now see over the selected period which subscription has had the most billing.
