The workshop widget shows your workshops on your website so members can book them directly. This article shows you how to set it up, how to choose which workshops appear, and what the widget can and cannot do.
Step 1: Create your workshops
The widget only shows workshops that already exist in your back office. To learn how to create one, see this article.
Step 2: Configure the widget
Go to Settings > Widgets, click Select a widget and choose Workshops.
In the configuration panel you can filter which workshops the widget shows, by activity, coach, establishment or level.
Want to show all your workshops? Leave the filters empty. New workshops you create later will then appear in the widget automatically, without changing the code.
Want to show only some workshops? Select them with the filters. Only those will appear — new workshops will not be added automatically, so you will need to update the selection and paste the new code when you add one.

Step 3: Copy the code and paste it on your website
Copy the code below the configuration box by clicking the copy icon at the top right.
Paste the code on any page of your website, in an HTML or code block (not a text block). Your members can now book your workshops directly from your website.
Every time you change a setting, a new code is generated. Copy and paste the new code onto your site for the change to take effect.
Showing different workshops on different pages
You can add several workshop widgets, each with its own selection — for example one page for teacher trainings and another for weekend workshops. Configure each selection in the back office and paste each generated code on its page.
What the workshop widget cannot do
Prices are not shown on the workshop list. Members see the price when they choose how to book. If you need prices displayed upfront, our team can add them with custom CSS, but they will not update automatically — new workshops and price changes have to be added by hand.
Individual sessions do not show their own names. Sessions inside a workshop are shown by date and time. Our team can add session titles with custom code, but they are added manually and will not appear automatically for new sessions.

Troubleshooting
A workshop does not appear in the widget.
Check the filters in your widget configuration: if you selected specific workshops or activities, a workshop outside that selection will not show. Select it (or clear the filters) and paste the new code.
If the workshop has a tag assigned, it is only visible to members who have that tag, so logged-out visitors will not see it.
Check that the workshop has upcoming sessions.
The widget only shows part of my workshops when opened from a button or link.
If you link to your workshop page with a URL that contains filter parameters, the page opens already filtered. Use the link without those parameters.
The widget looks different from the back-office preview, or does not respond to clicks.
Enable Compatibility Mode in your widget settings, then copy and paste the new code. See Widget: most common problems.
Nothing appears at all.
Make sure the code was pasted in an HTML or code block, not a text block.
