Dashboard Overview
The Seller Leads Dashboard is part of the Seller Lead Suite package and is the home for your Seller leads. More specifically, the dashboard is the place where you'll find all home valuations completed on your Home Valuation Page on your website.
This allows you to quickly filter through leads that completed a home valuation based on their property location or other property details (such as price point, property type, etc.), so you can work them accordingly.
Additionally, through the Seller Leads page, you'll be able to utilize our integration with RPR to get more detailed property data, and use a Reverse Look-Up feature to find potential owners for address-only contacts for properties!
Using & Filtering the Dashboard
To access the Seller Dashboard, navigate to your left-hand menu bar and select the Seller Leads option.
If the Broker/Owner of your site has not opted into the Seller Lead Suite feature, you will not see this option in your menu.
On the Seller Dashboard page will be a list of home valuations that have been performed on your site. The list includes existing Buyer, Seller, and Buyer/Seller leads as well as Address-Only entries. The Address-Only entries represent visitors that entered their address on the Home Valuation page but left the site before completing the registration form to receive their full home valuation report.
Within the dashboard, you will find similar columns that you see in Lead Central, along with a few that are unique to the Seller Dashboard:
Lead Name | First and Last Name, IP address location, and phone number
Note: as each home valuation performed on your site gets logged as a new entry, you might see multiple entries for the same lead. |
| Lead category |
| The address entered when the home valuation was performed You can view the home valuation report your lead received by clicking on the Seller Property address under this column |
| The automated low-price and high-price estimates of the property If the low and high estimate was not available at the time the home valuation was performed, you will see "N/A" for these two columns. |
Valuation Date | How long ago the home valuation was performed |
e-Alert | Number and type of e-Alerts setup for the lead |
Latest Communication | Most recent communication logged in this lead's profile |
Take Action | Send an email or log a call Currently, the texting action is not available under this column, go to Lead Central or the lead profile to take this action. |
Filtering Your Dashboard List
On the left side of the Seller Dashboard, you will find options for filtering down your list. As an Agent, you'll be able to view all the leads that are currently assigned to you, and you may also have the option to see Address-Only contacts.
If you don't see the option for Address-Only contacts in your account, we would recommend reaching out to a Broker/Admin user to see about the possibility of having this enabled for your account!
The other filter options that you have are:
Lead Type | Buyer, Seller, Buyer/Seller or Address-Only |
Seller Property Location | Use this field to narrow down your list based on a specific property address or the area (current options are City or Zip code) of a property |
Seller Property Details | Narrow lead list down by price, beds, baths, square footage and property type |
Categories | New, Qualify, Hot, Nurture, Watch, Pending, Closed, Archive and Trash |
Filter selections are not sticky and will be cleared automatically when navigating away from the Seller Leads Dashboard.
To manually clear all filters that are in place, use the blue "Reset filter" button at the bottom of the filters list.
Realtors Property Resource (RPR) Integration
If your Broker/Owner has opted into the Seller Lead Suite, you'll find the ability to access RPR via links under your Seller Leads Dashboard. To get there click on the three orange bars in the upper left corner of your account, and select the Seller Leads option towards the top of your left-hand navigation menu.
Realtors Property Resource (RPR) is a member benefit provided to all Realtors by the National Association of Realtors. It is a powerful and comprehensive database that delivers the most current property and market information for you to better meet the demands of your leads and clients.
RPR Link Options
Within your Seller Leads Dashboard, click on the arrow next to any valuation address to reveal the drop-down menu.
Upon clicking the arrow next to the property valuation address, you'll find the following options:
- View Valuation - This will open the BoomTown property valuation your lead received in a new browser tab.
When jumping to the Home Valuation page for a particular property, you'll be taken to the front-end website in your browser and will see it from the perspective of an unregistered visitor (unless signed into a test lead account). Therefore, on the page, you will not necessarily see the Agent assignment information reflective of the lead's valuation you're viewing.
- View RPR Summary - This will open the RPR website in a new browser tab and bring you to the Summary page of the listing.
- Create RPR CMA - This will open the RPR website in a new browser tab and bring you to the Comp Analysis page of the listing.
- Generate RPR Reports - This will open the RPR website in a new browser tab, and bring you to a page of report options you can generate for the listing.
Login to RPR
Clicking on an RPR link within your Seller Leads Dashboard will redirect you to the RPR site where you'll be asked to sign in or create a free account if you haven't done so already.
Check Keep me signed in for 2 weeks to prevent having to log in each time you access an RPR link in your BoomTown Seller Leads Dashboard!
