Log in to your casino account and open the promotion or bonus page; look for a section titled "eligible games", "eligible slots" or similar.

Check the detailed terms and conditions linked on the promotion page — the eligible games are usually named there.

Open the casino's slots lobby and use filters (provider, new, popular) if the promotion refers to a category; the operator may mark eligible games with a badge.

If the eligible list is unclear, contact casino support via live chat or email and request a definitive list or confirmation for your country.

Opt in to the promotion if required — click the "claim" or "activate" button in the promotions area.

Enter a promo code only when explicitly required by the offer. If a code is provided in the promotional materials, enter it exactly as shown. Do not assume a code is required unless stated.

Make any qualifying action (such as a deposit) if the promotion specifies one. The terms will say whether spins are automatic or credited after verification.

Open an eligible slot title. Free spins are often credited either directly in the game or to a bonus tab in your account. Follow any on-screen prompts to use them.

Spins not credited: Check the promotion terms for timing (immediate or delayed) and ensure you met any opt-in or deposit conditions. Clear your browser cache, log out and back in, and check the bonus or promotions wallet. If still missing, contact support with a screenshot and the time of the qualifying action.

Spins credited to a different game: Verify the exact eligible game name in the T&Cs; some titles have similar names or regional variants. Ask support to move the spins if the operator made an error.

Winnings locked or not withdrawable: Review wagering requirements, contribution percentages and any max cashout limits. Winnings from free spins are often subject to wagering and may be capped.

Promotion not available in your location: Many offers are geo-restricted. If you see a message that the promotion isn’t available, it’s likely due to regulatory restrictions for your jurisdiction.

Account verification delays: Winnings and withdrawals can be blocked until ID or payment verification is completed. Submit documents promptly as requested by the operator.
