How to Manage Loyalty Customers

This guide walks you through how to view, update, and manage your loyalty program members using the Loyalty Members page.

From the left menu in the Bubblepay Web Portal:

  1. Go to Loyalty

  2. Click on Members

What You See on This Page

Your screen will show:

  • Total Members count

  • Buttons to Add New Member or Download CSV

  • A full list of loyalty members with the following details:

    • First and last name

    • Email and phone number

    • Loyalty ID

    • Amount spent, amount redeemed, and balance

    • Last visit date and total visits

    • Date of birth and member since

    • Assigned PIN and loyalty Group

    • Quick edit tools for each member

Key Actions You Can Perform

1. Add New Members

Click the pink Add New Member button to manually add a customer to the loyalty program.

2. Assign Loyalty Groups

Use the Group dropdown to place customers in a tier (e.g. Default, VIP). This controls what discounts and perks apply to them.

πŸ’‘ Tip: All new signups go into the Default group unless changed manually.

3. Edit Member Details

Click the ✏️ icon to:

  • Update name, email, or phone number

  • Change the PIN

  • Move the customer to a different group

4. Export Member Data

Click Download CSV to export the full list of members, useful for reporting or analysis.

5. Filter by Site

If you manage multiple locations, use the Site dropdown to filter members by location.
