When you the clients Nayax has been replaced
When the clients Nayax is not working and requires a restart to fix or troubleshoot

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1. Log in to the Nayax website using your username and password.
Step 2. Go to the "Operations" tab then select the "Machines" page.
Step 3. Click on the "Search" button.
Step 4. On the left sidebar, choose the device you want to restart then click on the "Actions" drop-down list on the top.
Step 5. Then select "Restart Device" or "Reboot Device".
Note:
Restart Device - Soft restart (update setting, minor issues etc)
Reboot Device - Hard reset (update setting, Firmware update, major issues etc)
