How To Setup A Direct Deposit with Debit Sucess

This article will guide Administration staff through the process of setting up a new client with their Direct Deposit and provide instructions to ensure your client agree's to the Terms and Conditions.

Debit Success is used for Nayax users only. There is a different process for Vend users.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Visit Debit Success site

Step 2.

Click Business Owners page and log in to Self Service Portal with your username and password.

Step 3.

On the left sidebar click the OMG tab and select Account Templates.

Step 4.

Count how many washers and dryers the clients have by checking his/her account in Bubblepay.

Step 5.

On the Account Templates, try to look for appropriate templates but if there are none then make a new template by copying one of the templates.

Step 6.

Copy one of the templates by clicking the Copy button on the right side and clicking the OK button.

Step 7.

Name the template according to the number of washers and dryers.

Step 8.

On the Installment input the total amount of the items by using the formula.

Monthly Fess= 4.33* (numbers of washers + numbers of dryers+kiosk fee)

Number of weeks in a month=4.33 weeks

Kiosk fee is $3.99 per week

Step 9.

On the Contract Start Date select the day of the installation period.

Step 10.

On the Template End Date choose the date before the day of the Contract Start Date.

Step 11.

Click the Update button.

Step 12.

Go back to the Account Templates and click on the Copy button. then click the OK button.

Step 13.

Name the templates according to the client's name.

Step 14.

Double-check or triple-check the total amount.

Step 15.

Then click the Update button.

Step 16.

Check the link by copying the link and pasting it to the new tab.

Step 17.

Check all the details and copy the link.

Step 18.

Paste the link in the mail and message the customer.

Check again the link if it's working or not.

Step 20.

Then click the send button.
