In some situations, you may need to reboot the OTI Telebox. To do this, just follow these simple steps:

To reset the OTI Telebox, press and hold the two buttons (PB1 & PB2) until the lights stop flashing (This is about 10 seconds).

Wait for the OTI Telebox to turn off and power back up again (this takes a couple of minutes).

Note: Simply turning the power to the OTI telebox off and on again doesn't reboot it! The OTI Telebox has an inbuilt battery that will last for hours if the power is cut.
