If your kiosk computer is unable to connect to the credit card reader, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Shutdown the Kiosk:
Power off the kiosk completely.
Wait 60 Seconds:
Allow 60 seconds for the capacitors to fully discharge.
Turn the Kiosk Back On:
Power the kiosk back up.
For Vend Access systems, you will also need to reset the Vend Access OTI telebox:
Locate the Vend Access OTI telebox.
Perform a reset according to the specific instructions for your model.
