This article will guide you through the process of adding a OUT OF ORDER display on your Kiosk for a machine.

When would I want to do this?

When you may want to use the Out of Order :

  • Machine issues awaiting troubleshoot and fix

The Kiosk must be restarted to confirm any changes made. How to Restart the Kiosk

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Login to the Bubblepay web portal

Enter your username and password to login

Login to the Bubblepay Portal

2. Navigate to My Laundromat

Navigate on the left hand menu and select My Laundromat

Select My Laundromat

3. Select the machine to add Out of Order

Select the machine to add Out of Order on Kiosk

Select the machine to add the Out of Order

4. Select the Info Tab

On the popup select the tab names Info

Select Info tab

5. Select the toggle Out of Order

Click the Out of Order button. The toggle button will turn blue and open an option to give a reason why the machine is Out of Order. This reason is for admin and tech support only and will not be viewed by the customer.

Click the Out of Order button.

6. Click Save

Ensure to click save. There is no need to update the Kiosk, changes will be made within a few moments.

Click Save

NOTE: Adding notes is important for Bubblepay Tech support in order to help troubleshoot the problem efficiently. These notes are only available to be viewed through the portal for yourself and for support staff.

IMPORTANT:
