This article will guide you through the process of remotely crediting a machine.

When you may want to remotely credit a machine :

Enter your username and password to login

Login to the Bubblepay Portal

Select My Laundry on the left hand side menu

Select My Laundromat from the left hand menu

Select Credit on the machine you would like to apply credit

Select Credit on the machine you want to credit

Choose between Basic or Advance options. Basic options allows you to quickly add credit for a Washer Modifier (This is applicable if Washer Modifiers have been placed when setting up your machines)

Choose what type of basic credit to apply

Choose Advanced option to have further functionality to switch on or off what Credit options you would like to apply to the individual machine. Click CREDIT to save and apply.

Select Advanced and choose custom credit to add or instead of standard credit
