This article will guide you through the process of changing pricing of your Washers and Dryers.

The Kiosk must be restarted to confirm any changes made. How to Restart the Kiosk

Enter your username and password to login.

Login to the Bubblepay Portal

On the left hand side menu click My Laundromat. If you have multiple locations select the location where you want to make price changes.

Click My Laundromat

Click the Washer or Dryer where you want to make a price change. Note: Price changes will need to be completed individually for the time being. A Bulk Editor will be released shortly in a software update.

Select Washer or Dryer to for price change

Locate the tap Pricing and click here.

Click tab 'Pricing'

Change the machine price as required. Click Save

Select Kiosk Price for further price change options

Select 'Kiosk is different the the machine price' for other options

Select Kiosk Price is different to machine price when wanting to offer the Kiosk (cashless price) to be different to the machine preset. This can be used as an incentive for cashless payments over coin payments.

Change price of Kiosk to differ from machine price

Click Save. Note these changes will need to be made to each individual machine. A Bulk Editor will be released shortly in a software update.

Select Save
