Run the Hours Report by Time Off Report
1. Start by clicking Reports in the top navigation, followed by Hours Report By --> Time Off:
2. You can then select from Employee(s), select desired Time Off Codes with the Time Off(s) dropdown, and also specify a Start/End Date. After you've selected or entered the necessary information, click Submit:
3. Once data is populated, you'll see new Export to options in the top right-hand corner, including CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print:
4. By clicking on an employee name, time off type, or hours, you'll be taken to the In/Out Activity report, giving you a more detailed breakdown:
