The Deleted Time Report shows you who deleted time off, work hours, or breaks over the specified timeframe.

Overview: The Deleted Time Report shows you who deleted time off, work hours, or breaks over the specified timeframe.

Export options include:

  • CSV

  • Excel

  • PDF

  • Print


Run The Deleted Time Report

1. Start by clicking Reports --> Deleted Time Report:

2. From there, you can:

  • Select Employees

  • Specify the Start/End Date

And Submit once done:

3. If you click a header, for example, "Author Username", you can change the sorting of the report:

4. Once the data is populated, you can then export via CSV, Excel, PDF, or Print the report:


FAQs

Q: Does time off show up on the deleted time report?

A: Yes! Time off that has been deleted will appear on the Deleted Time Report, along with punches, time entries, and breaks.
