How to leave feedback via mobile
Install the javascript snippet into the <head> section of your website. This removes the need to install a browser extension to leave feedback.
Make sure you’re logged in to your BugHerd account, then go to the page you’re reviewing.
The BugHerd sidebar appears. Select if you’re leaving feedback on a particular element, or the page as a whole.
Enter the details and click Create Task.
And that’s how easy it is to leave feedback on a website from your phone or mobile device.
Using an iOS device?
You need to disable the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking setting and allow all Cookies (disable Prevent All Cookies) in your Settings.
