Who owns our data, and can we export it?
You do. Your participants, projects, and sponsor relationships are yours, exportable to CSV or via our open API at any time. We act as a GDPR-compliant data processor, never the owner, and you can take everything with you whenever you want.
Is it secure? Do you support SSO?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and SSO, audit logs, and a signed MSA + DPA are available on Enterprise. Full security documentation is available on request for procurement and security reviews.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We operate as a GDPR-compliant data processor, support data subject requests, and provide a Data Processing Agreement on paid tiers. EU data residency is available on Enterprise.
