The Pipeline page is your central hub for tracking all your projects—from first contact through to bidding, awarding, and completion. It’s the first screen you’ll see when you log in.

How to Use It

1. View Your Projects

  • After logging in, you’ll land on the Project Pipeline page.

  • Here you’ll see your jobs organized into columns representing stages (e.g., New Leads, Plan Design, Estimating, etc.)

  • You can switch between Card View (visual cards) and List View (tabular format) depending on your preference.

2. Customize Your Pipeline Stages

  • At the top of any stage/column, click the three dots (⋮) to access settings.

  • From here you can:

    • Rename the stage (e.g., change “Bid Submitted” to “Under Review”)

    • Re-sequence stages by dragging them into a new order

    • Change the color of the stage for easy visual identification

    • Add a new stage if you want to track a different step in your workflow

  • These customizations help align the pipeline with your specific process.

3. Manage Individual Projects

On each project card (or row in list view) you can do key actions:

  • Assign the project to a client, homeowner, or builder.

  • Tag the project with custom tags (for example: “High Priority,” “Remodel,” “2026 Budget”) so you can filter and group them.

  • You can maintain a list of custom tags and assign to your projects.

4. Track & Monitor Progress

  • As your jobs advance, drag & drop the project card from one stage/column to the next to reflect the current status.

  • Review the list or cards regularly to see where action is needed (e.g., jobs lingering in “Bid Submitted” too long).

  • Use tags and deadlines to prioritize your workload effectively.
