Steps to Customize and Manage Bid Requests
1. Access Bid Request Templates
In the left menu, go to Templates & Setup.

Edit the subject line to make it relevant for your project.
Add or update bid instructions to guide your subs/vendors on how to respond.
3. Adjust Bid Deadlines & Include Specifications
By default, bid requests are due 10 days from when they are sent.
Update the deadline as needed to match your project requirements.
Toggle on the Specifications option if you want to attach detailed project specs to the bid request.

Ideally, subs/vendors should click View Plan Room in the email to input their bids and attach files.
If your subs/vendors respond directly via email, you can set specific email addresses to receive these submissions.
