BuilderBid allows you to quickly generate clean, organized screenshots of your plan sheets; perfect for sharing with clients, internal teams, or subs who need a visual breakdown of your measurements. Follow the steps below to control which measurements appear, capture the exact views you need, and export all screenshots into a single PDF.

Steps
1. Turn on the measurements you want to capture
Before taking a screenshot, choose which measurements should be visible.
Click the eyeball icon on the right menu to toggle measurement layers on or off.
(Optional) Turn measurements on/off at the folder level
If you need more granular control, you can expand your folders and toggle visibility for specific categories or individual measurements.
2. Click the “Print Screen” button
On the right menu, click “Print Screen.”
This captures a screenshot of only the canvas/plan sheet, without any side panels or menus.
3. Repeat for additional sections or divisions
Move to the next area of your plan and repeat the steps to capture additional screenshots.
Once you're done taking all screenshots, click “Manage Screenshots.”
4. Organize your screenshots
Inside the Manage Screenshots view, you can:
Drag and reorder screenshots into the sequence you prefer
Navigate to other sections/divisions on the left to capture more if needed
This ensures your final PDF appears in the exact order you want.
5. Download your PDF
When everything looks good, click “Download PDF.”
Save the file to your computer—your screenshot set is now ready to share.
