Configuring Plan Sheets in Your Project

The Configure Plan Sheets tool lets you manage all drawings inside your project. Use this feature anytime you need to upload new sheets, rename or reorder them, hide unused sheets, duplicate sheets for different scales, or rotate sheets that were scanned incorrectly.

Steps to Configure Your Plan Sheets

1. Open the Configure Tool

  • Go to your project.

  • Click the Estimating tab.

  • Select Configure in the top-right corner.

2. Rename Sheets

  • Click any sheet thumbnail.

  • Enter a new name (e.g., Level 1).

  • Press Enter to save.

3. Reorder & Delete Sheets

  • Drag and drop any sheet to adjust the order in your plan set.

  • Click the trash icon on a sheet.

  • Confirm deletion when prompted.

4. Upload Additional Sheets

  • Click Upload files.

  • Select the new plan files to add to the project.

5. Hide or Show Sheets (Organize Sheets)

  • If you have many sheets and only need to view a select few:

    • Click Organize Sheets.

    • Use Hide All (optional).

    • Turn on only the sheets you want visible.

    • Save your changes.

6. Duplicate Sheets

  • Use Duplicate Sheet when you need:

    • Different scale settings for the same drawing

    • Multiple measurement layers

    • A copy to experiment with

  • A duplicate creates an identical sheet you can adjust independently.

7. Rotate Sheets

  • If a sheet was scanned sideways or upside down:

    • Click Rotate on that sheet.

    • Adjust until correctly aligned.
