What is the Buildforce Guarantee?

The Buildforce Guarantee protects you by making sure you get quality electrical work. We stand behind our placements with an 8-hour satisfaction guarantee on your first day with a new electrician. If you're not satisfied with the worker's performance during their first 8 hours on site, we'll replace them at no cost to you.

What shifts are covered?

  • The first 8 hours of work with any new electrician we place

  • All on-site work periods—day and night shifts included

  • Regular shift hours as tracked in our system

What are the terms?

The guarantee is simple:

  • If you're not satisfied with a worker's performance in their first 8 hours, let us know

  • We'll remove the charges for those hours

  • We'll find you a replacement worker at no additional cost

  • Once you accept the replacement worker, regular billing resumes for their hours

The guarantee shows our commitment to quality electrical work and making sure you get the skilled professionals you need. No complicated paperwork or lengthy processes—just let us know if you're not satisfied within the first 8 hours.
