Accessing the Filters:
On the left side of the dashboard, click on the Search tab.
Click on the All Filters button located above the listings.
Filter Options:
Selling Status: Choose the status of the property (e.g., Selling, Sold Out).
City: Select the city you are interested in.
Neighborhood: Choose a specific neighborhood.
Condo Type: Select the type of condo (e.g., Condo, Townhouse).
Construction Status: Filter by construction status (e.g., Pre-construction, Under Construction).
Move-In Date: Select the expected move-in date.
Price: Set your price range.
Size: Specify the size range in square feet.
Downpayment before Occupancy: Choose the downpayment percentage.
