We take the creation, sharing, learning, and adapting to our metrics very seriously. Many new directions are being proposed to a lot of people at once, so we made an internal compass of relevant data to accompany the outside map of experience. As we learn what it is that makes us original we can better deliver as data does not make decisions at the end of the day; people do.

The 12 related transparency metrics will tell our story, both the highs and lows. Without a filter being applied, we can directly understand how we are progressing in the larger journey. Metrics allow us to reverse engineer the map of where we want to go and how exactly it is that we plan on getting there, but the gas in the engine will forever be people.
