The Customer App allows a person to follow how their most significant investment builds value over time by tracking the active point of progress through their weighted milestones. This results in a purchasing experience for the customer more on par with following a significant capital market investment for months than the current reality of relying on blind trust and approximations. After downloading the app from the iOS or Play Store, all that remains for the customer would be to submit their provided credentials into the BuildMarker Customer App before experiencing their home's active construction cycle.

Direct benefits to the customer include a better understanding of the build cycle through engaged milestones, the ability to ask job site-related snap questions of the build, and sharing of construction status updates & photos instantly with friends and family from their phones. People prefer to take purchasing referrals from someone they already know in their social media feeds as opposed to being targeted by an ad from an upcoming project. Not a paid influencer either but an authentic influencer which is what a homebuyer becomes during construction on behalf of their builder.
