Websites

Track where the property is featured and (optionally) record view counts.

The Websites section lets you add the websites where your listing is featured and control which ones appear in your Seller report.

What you can do

  • Add a website by entering its name and URL

  • Edit the display name, URL, or view count

  • Show or hide websites from your report

  • Delete websites you’ve added manually

  • Update view counts when needed

Note: Default websites provided by Beacon can be hidden, but they cannot be deleted.

Add a website

  1. Go to Websites.

  2. Click + Add Website.

  3. Enter the:

    • Display Name: for example, your brokerage website

    • URL

    • # of Views: optional

  4. Click Save.

Websites Beacon searches for automatically

When you create a Beacon, we attempt to find the listing URL on the following websites:

  • Zillow

  • Redfin

  • Homes.com

  • Realtor.com

  • Trulia

We’ll add the URL when we’re able to find a match. We may not always be able to find the correct listing, so if a website is missing, you can add the URL manually.

View counts

Beacon can automatically collect view counts from Zillow and Redfin.

  • If a view count is not publicly visible on Redfin, Beacon cannot collect it.

  • View counts for Homes.com, Realtor.com, and Trulia need to be entered and updated manually.

  • You can manually add or update a view count at any time.

How websites appear on your report

Websites on your report are sorted by view count, with the highest number of views shown first.
