Note: When a Polygon Search area is applied, Radius, Same City, and Same ZIP Code filters are ignored until the polygon is cleared.
Sold listings timeframe
Don't include solds, or include solds within a selected timeframe (e.g. 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, or 6, 12, 24, or 36 months).
Refresh comps
Click Refresh Listing and Comps (or similarly labeled refresh button).
Manage comps list
Hide/show (eye icon) to control seller-facing display.
Delete (trash icon) to remove a comp from the Beacon.
Manually added comps are not affected by filters and must be removed manually.
