Important: If a team member doesn’t have access to a Beacon, confirm they’ve been added under Beacon Settings → Share with Team Members if the Beacon was created by an Admin.
Logos and Colors Saved with Agents
The Logo and Colors are saved with the Listing Agent. Different Logos and Colors can be saved with different Listing Agents, and are recalled when an Agent is selected. Changes here only apply to the published Beacon after publishing.
The selected Agent applies only to the specific Beacon. When creating a new report, Beacon attempts to match the agent in the listing with an Agent that already exists in your account. Where no matches are found, a new Agent is created.
