1. Open your subscription settings
Go to: Settings
In the Current subscription section, locate your plan name (e.g. “Bumpups Pro”)
2. Initiate an upgrade
Click Manage to the right of your plan name
Select Upgrade Plan
A confirmation popup will appear—review the new tier’s minutes and pricing, then click Confirm
3. Confirmation & new quota
Your plan—and its higher monthly minutes allowance—takes effect immediately.
You’ll receive an email confirming your upgrade and updated billing details.
