This will vary depending on the region your clients are travelling to, however in general we recommend they bring:

· a first aid kit

· sun protection

· antibacterial wipes or gel

· an international electrical adaptor

· comfortable walking shoes and a pair of evening shoes

· clothing to suit weather conditions (layers are a good idea), including trousers or shorts/skirts that reach below the knee

· a day pack to carry belongings while out and about

· snacks like muesli bars and nuts

· and of course, their passport!
