How to access the Communications Tab
To access your new Communications Tab, head to the Healthy Cities Admin Center and select Communications from the side navigation bar.
Features accessible from the Communications Tab
The Communications tab houses all of our features related to communicating with your users. Within this tab, you’ll be able to:
Seamlessly send & manage announcements
Manage content campaigns
Organize your Wellbeing Calendar & schedule new events
Browse the content library
Below, you’ll find a summary of which features you’ll be able to access in the Communications Tab, and what information you’ll be able to see.
Announcements
View the most recently sent or scheduled announcements, including your image, title, and publish date / time. You’ll also find the ability to create or schedule a new announcement, or navigate to view and manage all of your announcements.
Content Campaigns
See the most recent content you’ve posted to your dashboard, including your image, title, content type, and number of user completions (if content is actionable). You’ll also be able to manage and view all of your content campaigns.
Content Library
See the two most recent content collections from our content library, and browse all content in the library with just a click. When viewing the content library, you’ll be able to preview individual pieces of content that you can share with your users in content campaigns, or in a challenge!
Wellbeing Calendar
Preview upcoming events in your Wellbeing Calendar right from the Communications Tab. You’ll see your event dates, image, and title, with the ability to manage all your events, or to create a new event.
