In an effort to help our clients with Bus.com safely and confidently, we have updated our cancellation policy for trips that may be affected by COVID-19.

For trips booked after March 12, 2020, and running before June 30, 2020: it is now possible to re-book or cancel all bookings up to seven days before the trip start date. Cancellations that occur before seven days are eligible for a full refund. It is also possible to change trips more than once, or to make cancellations to a trip that was previously changed. For all other trips, we offer the following refund policy for bus booking cancellation: 

Coach bus/ Mini coach / Mini bus:

100% money back on cancellations made 21 days or more before the trip.

50% money back on cancellations made 20 to 14 days before the trip. 

No refunds will be issued on service fees or cancellations made on coach buses 13 days or less before the start of the trip.

School bus:

100% money back on cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip.

50% money back on cancellations made up to 6 to 3 days before the trip.

No refunds will be issued on service fees or cancellations made 72 hours or less before the start of trip.
