Double check your spam or junk folders in your e-mail inbox. Sometimes, the filtering systems send our e-mails to these locations!

Think about how you purchased your ticket - was it through social media? If so, the e-mail confirmation for your ticket is sent to the inbox attached to that social media account. Check any old e-mail addresses attached to your accounts!

If the ticket purchase was made through the festival or third-party website, there may be a delay in registering your purchase in our system. The process can take around 24 hours. 

If you notice it has been longer than 24 hours or the above suggestions are not working, please contact our team by e-mail at tickets@bus.com or by phone at 1-855-428-7266 ext. 3.
