The exact address of your pick-up location is located on the Events Page of your selected festival. Above the option for dates you can select, the address will be written.

Bus.com will also send out an e-mail reminder 24 hours before your trip runs. Within the e-mail, there will be links to a map of the pick-up location and the drop-off location on the festival grounds!
