“Creating a new bus route” means that you’ll be creating a new point A to point B trip within your existing request. You might want to add a new bus route if you are organizing several buses under the same event, but different itineraries.

Simply click the yellow "+ New Route" link in the top left corner and fill in the itinerary. Please be aware that added trips might impact your driver’s drive-time, and on-duty time, and can have an impact on your final prices.
