A “trip” is considered a leg or a portion of a bus route. For example, your bus route might include an outgoing trip and a return trip. 

In cases such as group travel and tours, you might need to add transportation for activities and excursions in between. Your bus transportation for those excursions can be added by clicking on “Add a trip”. 

Please be aware that added trips might impact your driver’s drive-time, and on-duty time, and can have an impact on your final quotes.
