My prices have expired — what can I do?

Normally, prices are shown as “expired” because you requested them more than 3 days ago. To see updated prices for your trip, you will have to refresh your prices. These might be higher than your previous prices, as the bus industry does experience price surges during high season. 

If you have refreshed your prices and your quotes are still expired, it might be because there is low availability for charter buses in your region. 

There are no prices available for my request. Why is this?

There are a couple of reasons why you may not be able to see any price options. 

If the date of the trip is less than 5 days away, in most cases our system cannot automatically generate a price. Give our Sales Team a call at 1-855-428-7266 ext. 3. And they will be happy to look into your event!

Another reason could be your location. In certain areas, we may have low or no availability. Please contact us at info@bus.com or 1-855-428-7266 ext. 3.
