Who can be a recipient of my virtual mailbox?

A recipient is any person or company that receives mail at your virtual mailbox address.

Updated over 5 months ago

A recipient is any individual or legal entity that receives mail at your BusinessAnywhere virtual mailbox address, and each one counts separately toward your plan limit. That means if you receive mail for yourself and for your LLC, that is two recipients, not one.

Each of these must be added as its own recipient in your dashboard, and each recipient needs to complete USPS Form 1583 and ID verification as required by USPS rules. You can review plan limits and choose the right plan on the BusinessAnywhere Virtual Mailbox page.
