What happens when I receive a package at my virtual mailbox?

We log your package, upload a photo to your dashboard, and you choose whether to store, forward, or discard it.

When a package arrives at your BusinessAnywhere virtual mailbox address, we receive it, log it to your account, and upload a clear photo of the package to your dashboard. You get an email notification when the package is added, so you always know when something has arrived.

From your dashboard, you can choose to forward the entire package to any address, keep it in storage (up to 90 days), or request disposal if you no longer need it. We do not automatically forward anything without your instruction.

When you request forwarding, you pay the shipping cost charged by the carrier you choose, plus a fixed $2 handling fee per outgoing shipment for packing and sending the package. If you do not take any action and the storage period expires, the package may be disposed of according to our standard process.
