How do I change my virtual mailbox plan?

Go to your subscription settings in the dashboard and select a different virtual mailbox plan.

To change your virtual mailbox plan, log in to your BusinessAnywhere dashboard, go to the Mail tab, select your virtual mailbox, and choose a different plan (Basic, Premium, or Advanced). If you do not see the option to change plans, contact support, and we can update it for you.

When you switch plans, features stay the same for all plans (unlimited scans, unlimited mail uploads, 90 days storage); only the included recipients and pricing change, including any extra recipient fees on monthly or annual billing. Upgrades usually apply right away, while downgrades typically take effect from your next billing date.
