To cancel your virtual mailbox, log in to your BusinessAnywhere dashboard, go to the Mail tab, select your virtual mailbox subscription, and click Cancel. Follow the prompts to confirm so your plan does not renew at the next billing date.
After cancellation, your mailbox normally stays active until the end of your current paid period, so you can still access your dashboard, view and download documents, and request forwarding. Use this time to update your address with banks, clients, and services, and to clear any important mail from your account.
Payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, and cancellation stops future renewals only. If you are unsure how cancellation will affect your account or renewal date, contact support before confirming cancellation.
