What if my camera, microphone, or internet connection fails?

Fix the issue quickly or reschedule if the session cannot be completed.

A clear audio and video connection for the full signing is required for valid online notarization. If your tech fails during the session:

  • Try reconnecting, switching devices, or moving to a better connection.

  • If the video call cannot be completed, the notary cannot finalize the notarization.

  • In that case, you will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
