To move away from BusinessAnywhere:
Hire your new registered agent and get their name and address.
File a “Change of Registered Agent” form with your state listing the new agent.
Wait until the state shows the new agent on record.
Then cancel registered agent service in your BusinessAnywhere account
Do not cancel with us before the state has approved your new agent, or you risk having no agent on file. You will then become responsible for completing your annual state renewal.
