Once the member signs into their account, they will need to navigate to their "Manage Profile" page. Within the Invoicing, Payments, & History section, they will need to select Membership which is where the open invoice is housed.
Next to the open (awaiting auto-bill) invoice, the member will need to select the "Update Billing Information" icon. The icon is represented by the credit card graphic icon. The member can make any necessary changes and select "Submit Updated Information."
