All members are automatically enrolled in auto-renewal.
However, you can always opt-out of auto renewal. When you log in to the website, go to Manage Profile on the top right of the web pages. Then you can access Profile Home by clicking on your photo or icon and Account and Settings. Go to Payments and History, then, in the top menu bar, click on Membership. Under Membership, find the invoice that says Open (awaiting auto-bill) and click the red X to cancel auto-renewal. To check that the invoice has been deleted, go to Invoices, and use the drop down menu to select Open (awaiting auto-bill). There should be no invoice. You may have to exit and return or clear history for the change to be visible. If you choose to opt-out please do so at least one week in advance of your renewal date to account for time zone differences. If you used a credit card not in your name to pay your membership dues, such as a corporate card, please get permission to auto-renew from the card holder - you can print the open invoice from you member profile any time during your membership year. You can choose to renew manually, but you will be enrolled in auto-renewal again, and have to repeat the opt-out process. Auto-renewal is commonly used in membership associations such as the Guild and our long-term members requested its implementation in 2016.

Click the red x to delete the invoice
