Do you want offline access? You must only use the latest version of Adobe reader (free) https://get.adobe.com/reader/ or Acrobat and save the document in Adobe. For browser specific instructions, click here.

Are you behind a firewall or using a proxy server? Click here for instructions on how to avoid this issue or use a personal email as your Guild registered email.

Is your software out of date? Upgrade to the latest version.

Did you receive and error message to disable the global object security policy? Follow these instructions.

Are you trying to open a PDF version in a browser?

WARNING! If you opened this PDF in a browser or Mac Preview, you will first have to choose SAVE AS and save the file to your local computer, then open it with Adobe Reader.

Are you trying to open the PDF in a tablet or E-reader? If you are looking for a digital version try the web version.

Did you receive a bw5 error? Check that you have entered the correct email and your membership is in good standing. Check that you do not have 2 accounts with the same email such as a lapsed and a current membership.

Did you receive a vc3 error? Uh-oh! - you did not follow instructions to download the PDF only 2x, or your device crashed and wiped out your files, or your credentials were used used without your knowledge. If your credentials were hijacked, change your password in your member profile. In all cases, you will have to use the web version until the next release. You may unlock the BIZBOK 2 times before exceeding your limit. You have an unlimited number of unlocks available with the web version.
